Hi guys nice to meet you all!

I’m Marco, a backpack traveller who is always seeking adventures, who loves discovering new cultures and meet new people around the world.

I begun my business “TravellingPatchesON” and I started producing flag patches to stitch either on bags, backpacks or clothes, as I think this is one of the best ways to collect memories of people’s trips and make them unforgettable.

Our mission is to connect travellers around the world. Let them recognised themselves through our flags. Start a conversations and tell stories. Bringing back memories and inspire you for your next trip.

Our flags are one of a kind, our focus is on high quality.

Each flag will be very clear, colourful and detailed.

We make them smaller than any other patch you might have seen (another reason to travel more and fit as many as possible on your back).

How can I fit patches on my back…pack/jacket?

You need to fit your patches by stitching. So you need a needle and some thread. don’t know how to stitch?

What is the size of the flag patches and what are they made of?

All our flag patches are 3.5 x 2.5 cm (1.4 x 0.98 inch)

They are made of Korean felt (felt is one of the best matherial for patches, resistant to fraying)

Can the flag patches can be put in a washing machine?

Yes you can! Felt needs to be washed on delicate cycle. Select the woolens or delicate program

Returns & Refunds

Can I get a refund?

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be aware that only purchases with tracked shipping are refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How do I return an order?

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@travellingpatches-on.com
